COME SAN MARCOS COME TO THE NATURE

Just 3 hours from Quito by bus San Marcos is tourism station, two 28 km from Cayambe, It is located in the parish of Olmedo 28 km from Cayambe;  the road paved, and dust San Marcos is a natural paradise in the Paramus of Cayambe Volcano

In San Marcos you can find many natural touristic attractions such us: mountains, lake, forest, animals, plants, trees, etc. The flora is one in which you can find Pumaquis, orchids, vicúndos, suro (much like the reed), rosemary (plant medicines and aromatic), mortiño (highly coveted fruit to develop colada morada on the day of the dead) Its wildlife is rich in wild animals , if you are lucky you can find , pumas, spectacled bears, rabbits, birds difrentes varieties and colors, the condor, and if you like fishing you can fish for trout (Salmon is a very desirable species in the area).
